Krystal Bailey graduated with her bachelor’s in English literature from Brigham Young University in June 2014. She also completed a minor in editing, and as a result, she has had many editing opportunities ranging from oral history transcriptions to nonprofit websites and student resumes. Her interest in nonprofits and social problems led her to attend the Oxford Seminar on Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Said Business School right before graduating. She is currently working on a research project about how emotional disorders in young adult literature are portrayed; she will present her research at the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents of the National Council for Teachers of English (ALAN) in Washington, DC.
