Alexander Peng is a student at the School of International Studies at Peking University, with a focus on International Politics and Economics. Born in Oxford, Alexander has studied in the UK and in mainland China. In addition to his university studies, he has worked as a Research Assistant at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He has interned at a global premium leadership consulting firm at both its London and Beijing offices. Alexander has also received professional and academic training at United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland (2012), University of Victoria, Wellington, New Zealand (2013) and Oriel College, Oxford, UK (2014). He is also a musician and President of the Peking University Accordion Society. His other hobbies include drum playing, mixed martial arts (MMA) and traveling.
